Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS: Please honor our time by being prompt to appointments, and please give:

· 72 hours notice for a BRAND NEW patient.

· 48 hours notice if you’re an established patient.

Failure to do so will result in a missed appointment charge of the full the amount of the appointment time (From $130-350*). Therefore, your credit card information is kept on file to hold the appointment. 

Please note you have signed a document titled “Consent to Treat” that states this agreement. 

Cancel by phone call or text only, as email is not reliable. Make sure you receive a reply from me! Thank you.
